Badminton Session :)

Badminton 1st Session :)
As we walk into the hall to start our first Badminton session. We first played a game of stuck in the mud, just for a warm up. At first our Badminton coach named Bobby, introduced himself to the class before we even started. Bobby was only gonna be here for 4 weeks to coach us.

Mainly half of the class have played Badminton, also me. By starting off our first Badminton session, we had three
rounds of stuck in the mud for a warm up.

As time runs out, Bobby gives the class advice and lessons of how to hold a badminton racket. Which are forehand and backhand. Forehand is a  grip that is used to hit shots that are on the forehand side of your body and around the head shots. Backhand grip is used to hit shots that are on the backhand side of your body.

Then after every single student goes and gives it a try, some fail at first but. As you still practise and practise many times it will somehow turn into success. To finish off our session we have a one on one compertition to see how long you can go with out stopping or dropping.

Then after having a little fun to finish off, we finished it off properly by saying a big thank you to bobby for teaching us the importance during badminton, and also looking forward for next week.

  1. Hi Serenity, our school has badminton coaching now too. It is a very interesting sport which requires a lot of skills and technique. I like the way you have reflected on your first session for badminton.
